Mr.Vikram Visvanathan - Founder & Technical Director

Vikram Visvanathan - is the Founder & Technical Director of MARK IV. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. Prior to MARK IV he was actively involved in the technical and administrative aspects of the Integral Ear Institute - an organisation which was one of the pioneers of the low cost cochlear implant programme in India. He is also the Trust member of Dr.P.G.V Charitable Trust and is on the board of directors of VIKRAM ENT HOSPITAL.

Ms.Sivamalar Durairaj - Chief Executive

Sivamalar Durairaj - is the co founder & CEO of MARK IV. She holds a Master's degree in Business Administration. Prior to MARK IV, she was Director of SBEL Power Consultancy India Pvt Ltd, India's first bio power project based on poultry waste. She is also actively involved in programs related to woman empowerment.

Mr.Narayanan Kutty - Head - Human Resources

Mr.Narayanan Kutty is a Post Graduate with degree in law with diplomas in Human resources management, Industrial relations & Labour and Administrative laws. Prior to joining MARK IV, he was Chief of HR of a Public sector undertaking employing about 10000 strong work force in their corporate office at Coimbatore. He still maintains his professional interest in the HR field.

He is on the panel of guest faculty of the South India Textile Research Institute, Coimbatore for their various HR programmes and also is the resource faculty for the National Productivity Council, Chennai. He is associated with us right from the inception of the company as HEAD-HR and has helped us in shaping a sound HR policy and to nurture a healthy and conducive work environment for the technical team.
