Animations contained in the Medical Animation Library are available for licensing. All rights not expressly granted in the license deed are retained by MARK IV ANIMATION STUDIOS PVT. LTD. who is the sole copyright holder of the animations and images and any derivative imagery created from them. Stock animations can also be customised as per client requirements, customisation charges will be applicable.

One hundred percent (100%) of the fee is due before stock imagery will be delivered. Fifty percent (50%) of the fee is due in order to begin custom work or revisions. Balance fee for finished work is due upon acceptance, net thirty days. The client right to use the work is conditioned upon receipt of payment within thirty days of acceptance, and upon client's compliance with the terms of the agreement.
